How we work

One team, every trade

Every trade, done by us

Hacking, wet works and waterproofing, tiling, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and flooring. One team carries out the whole job.

One site supervisor

The same supervisor runs your site from the first day of hacking to the final inspection.

Planned, then built by us

Measured drawings and a written scope come first, then our own team carries out the work, so the quotation, the plan and the build all agree.

How a project runs

Five steps, one team throughout

Site survey

We measure the unit, check the existing services and flag anything that affects the quotation before any design work starts.

Design and quotation

Layout, finishes and the electrical plan come back as one drawing set and one line-itemed quote.

HDB and MCST permits

We file the renovation permits and MCST approvals the unit needs, and work to the conditions they set.

Build

Hacking, wet works, carpentry, electrical and finishes run in sequence under one site supervisor.

Handover and aftercare

A joint inspection with you, a written record of the works, and any defects put right by the same team.
